Working at Code Gaia means you’re working on something very important: the transition to a sustainable economy. You will be one of our first outbound hires. There is no playbook yet, so you have lots of room to shape it: AI handles the repetitive work, and you add the human touch where it makes the difference. You work as an individual contributor and reporting to our Head of GTM (go-to-market).

Success is measured on:

Outbound-sourced pipeline (€): pipeline value created from outbound activities
Converted pipeline (€): closed-won revenue from outbound-sourced deals

Concrete targets will be set based on your experience and seniority.

WHAT YOU DO

Build an AI-assisted outbound engine, automating research, lead scoring and reporting with Claude and HubSpot
Personally engage key accounts through calls, LinkedIn, video and events
Qualify meetings and hand them over to our Account Executives with full context
Test new plays every week and document what works

WHO YOU ARE

2–5 years of B2B SaaS outbound (e.g. SDR/BDR) with your own pipeline results
Experience with AI-assisted workflows and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot
Strong outbound copywriting and a data-driven way of working
Fluent German and English

Nice to have:
Advanced Claude skills, tools like Clay or Sales Navigator, and experience as a first outbound hire at a startup are a plus.
